Bottle, at Både &. An unclear yellow orange colored beer with a big dense, white head. Curtains. Lemon, cirrus zest and some pale malts in the aroma. Some bitterness in the flavor, citrus zest and a touch of pale malts. Medium body, soft carbonation. Quite dry, almost tart. Long, refreshing finish. Delicious. 151106

Bottle. Pours hazy light yellow, with an enormous creamy head. Aroma is wooden yeast, bretty citrus and floral notes, as well as roasted malts with cereals and honey. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart yeast with citrusy notes of lemon peel, bretty fruits and floral notes and light lactic farmhouse notes, as well as some sweet malty cereals. Lingering bretty finish.

33cl bottle from Systembolaget, Sälen. Pours almost completely clear golden with a fairly small, white head. Fruity, yeasty and slighty funky aroma with notes of sour apples, brett and hints of citrus and ripe peaches. Moderate sweet with nice acidity, medium flavour intensity and nice bretty notes. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, tart, yeast and citrus. Taste is light sweet and medium to heavy sour with a long dry, tart and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Huge white head. Slightly hazy yellow body with strong carbonation. Mealy citrus and soft metal aroma. Dry funky mealy spicy taste with peppery rhubarb notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dry funky milky spicy aftertaste with peppery earthy fruity notes. Interesting. Not sure how successful, but interesting. (0.33l bottle, from ... not sure.)

33 cl. bottle from Systembolaget, poured in to a Tulip. Hazy, golden colour with a big, white head. Fruity aroma with a hearty amount of bretts, citrus fruits, hay, yeasts, spicy and wooden notes. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a lively carbonation. Finishes rather dry and bitter with bretts and citrus fruits. Lovely Saison with lots of bretts.
