Uklar lys farge med masse luftig skum. Lukter av hvete og noe banan. Syrlig og frisk i smak. Noe kort syrlig avslutning.

Bakgården Både & 170715. Golden-yellow colour with a white head. Aroma is citrus, yeast, malt. Flavour is citrus, malt, yeast, spices, coriander. Very nice beer.

330ml bottle bought from djoeye. Huge rocky, snow white head slowly reduced to a remaining layer and creating crocheted lacing down the glass. Hazy, pale golden body. Moderate smell of farmyard, ripe fruit and yeast. Mid-dry lemony tartness and to the flavour character in interplay with brett and yeasty fruitiness. Dry. sweet, and tart to the ending. Very refreshing (Tromsø 03.07.2015).

Lovely cloudy yellow color with a fine big white head. Nice lacing. Inviting start. Yeast (brett), fruity and citric aroma. Pleasant and fine aroma. Medium body and a bit rich carbonation. Pleasant acidity. Dry texture. Citric, yeast (brett), fruity and herbal flavor. Fresh and nice ale.

Bottle 33cl. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Sweetish fruity aroma a bit jammy. Medium-bodied. Sour, spicey peppery flavor. Delicate sourness from bretta. Stylish.

Bottled (from Systembolaget, Umeå). Hazy golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is citrus, some yeast, mild herbs and wooden notes. Flavour is tart wood, citrus and some yeast and mild herbal notes.

33cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a quickly dying foam. Aroma of untreated, freshly fermented apple wine. Fresh taste, but a bit undefined.

Cloudy golden, small head. Aromas of barnyard, stable, sour green apples, hay and citrus. Taste is more stable barnyard with some bitterness, hay and citrus. Light tartness. Nothing special for me.

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av äpple, jäst, örter, hö, halm, citrus, citron, Lagom sötma, frisk och fruktig, torr, kryddig, liten syrlighet och strävhet, avrundas med en citrusskalsbeska. Mycket gott!
