Bottle. Hazy hay yellow liquid with medium white head. Aroma of lemon, funk, barnyard, wood, apple skin and grain. Taste is dry, light bitter and light to medium sour with notes of lemon, apple skin and grain. Light to medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Really nice!

Appearance: Golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Fruit, malt, hops, yeast, a bit sour.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, fruit, a bit bitter, yeast, some sourness.

Draught @ Luppolo 12. Aroma is tart with earthy and farmyard notes. Flavour has grapefruit, earthy notes and some biscuits. Quite pleasant, this has some gueuze in it.

330ml Bottle - Hazy golden with a white head. Lemon, grain, coriander and a faint hint of tea in the aroma. Tangy, zesty and refreshing taste with notes of lemon peel, yoghurt and spice.

A yellow, hazy saison with dry & tart taste of citrus, brett, orange and a some yeast. A good example of the style.

Où, Quand, Comment : Bouteille. Mondial de la bière 2013.
Visuel : Couleur : blonde-orangée. Apparence : voilée.
Arôme : Céréales, levures fruitées (pommes vertes, léger d’agrumes, traces d’abricots), notes sauvages, léger houblon floral
Goût : Levures fruitées (agrumes, léger abricots, traces de pommes vertes), léger de céréales, notes sauvages et florales.
En bouche : Corps : moyen. Effervescence : moyenne. Texture : très légèrement crémeuse et aux notes croustillantes. Finale : moyenne-longue, légèrement amère de houblon fruité aux notes herbeuses, citriques et florales.
En Résumé : Très bien.

Pale yellow, hazy, sparkling. Apple and brett aroma. Brett also in the taste together with fruit. Fresh and tart, brett very obvious.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy golden, small head. Tart, somewhat milky nose with floral buckwheat and grass. Dry with slender body and crisp mouthfeel. Some honey, mild funky hay, juicy, slightly grainy and minerally. Low-medium bitterness. Excellent!
