It’s got all of that fruity, funky Mosaic hop goodness and that crisp Kölsch yeast profile. It has a backbone of Scottish Golden Promise grain, and it’s only 5.0%. It’s perfect for abnormally warm spring days like today.

On tap at Standard, pours a clear golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out considerable tropical fruity hops and dry cereal malts. Flavour is fairly dry but also lightly fruity, with cereal notes and light tropical fruits. Clean enough but pretty boring.

Sampler at brewery. Mosiax, it’s an ok hop, it’s all mosiac here. The clean malt character is great. But the hop is ok, I can drink this but I won’t pay for it agian.
