Sampled from the tap at Chuck’s Hopshop 85th. Pours a cloudy light yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a good amount of citrus with a bit of pine and some light grains supporting. Flavor combines bitter citrus and resinous pine and some light grains backing.

Newest batch, freshly tapped at Chucks. Very cloudy gold, no clarity. Aroma is light orange juice hops with some mineral quality. Flavor is less fruity. Low bitterness, a little drying bitter character at the end. Well attenuated. The best part about this DIPA is that Berko hasn’t rated it. And he calls himself the #1 DIPA rater, amateur.
