Sampled from the tap at Happy Gnome. Pours a clear pale yellow with visible carbonation but no head. Aroma has dry apple with a bit of a lime bite and a hint of coriander underlying. Flavor is full of sweet and dry apple with some corriander in the finish.

On tap at Craft Brewed. Hazy pale with small white head. Aroma is apples, medium body, lower carbonation, and some lacing. Taste is slightly dry apples, tart, and some brine. Interesting cider.

2016-02-07, draught at Schilling Cider House, Seattle, 6-2-4-2-9=23
Very pale yellow color. Nice cider aroma, a bit lemony. The mouthfeel is bone dry, if there is any salt, it doesn’t play well here, astringent in the final. It could have been a good idea, but the result is not convincing.
2016-02-01, draught at The Local, Bellingham, WA, 4-2-5-3-11=25
Pale color, barely yellow. I was excited initially because it seemed a gold idea, but the cider is lame, and the light salt doesn’t add much depth.
Bah.

More passover cider drinking. Very light and dry with a lacto character. I can see the combo, but no salt. Very pale color.

On tap at Schilling, pours a clear blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma is quite dry, with dry apple skins and maybe a hint of the salt. Flavour is unusual, with medium dry apples and the salt cutting in and stealing the show. Not very harmonious. I don't think the salt works well with the cider.
