Draft pour at Elliott Bay LCW. Pours a mostly red cooper color with a fading head. Caramel spice aroma. Flavor is floral like, soapy, no spice really. Lotion? Odd flavor but surprisingly not bad. Close to being great.

Tulip at brewery. Glowing amber brown with thick lacing. Nice quad, sweet Belgian malts. Alcohol there but we’ll subdued. It’s a little hot, a little sweet quad but definitely a quad. Would love to have this bottled and a year on it n
