On tap at Teku Tavern, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out hearty oats, with dry cocoa and some toasted barley. Flavour is along the same lines, with hearty oats, roasted barley, and a touch of cocoa. Hearty and dry. Very good.

On tap at the source in Seattle-USA. Coffee pour, small head. Nose: coffee, roasted barley, really intense coffee character. Mouth: bitter coffee, bitterness is given by the roast, nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Checked that this is a new beer for sure. More brown in color. Aroma brown malty with earthy bread malt. Some rye-like character. Light faint roast.
