Draught at the brewery
Hazy golden color with creamy head. Very nice hoppy aroma, fruity and a bit animal. Lean body, with just light sweetness, nice pale malt base, and then a hop explosion, tropical, a bit piney.
Lovely.

Hop Mob at BPP. Not sweet, less burn than other beer, welll attenuated. The longest bitterness of my sampler with a particular bitter kick at end. I swear I get some strawberry in the flavor. Smells of light tea malts. Hops don’t shine but are felt a lot. Fuck me backwards with a wooden peg leg, I think this is my fave in the 6 I tried.

Draft at the Collective Hop Mob. Light clear golden pour with a fizz ring head. Hoppy, fruit forward aroma. Big apple impressions with this beer. Fruity apple flavor with a hop bitter bite finish. Reletively sweet throughout, but more of a fruit sweetness, opposed to sugar. Overall, quite impressed with this.

On tap at Georgetown, pours a clear golden copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out strong notes of grapefruit, passionfruit, and apple, along with resinous hops and a big caramel malt backbone. Flavour is aggressive, with red apple, melon and grapefruit, followed by a bit of a vegetal presence, and caramel biscuity malt. Certainly aggressive, though perhaps a bit messy. Good, but brutal.
