On tap at Reubens seattle. Pours out a light golden topped with a small white head. nose is great light berries some fruit a little brine and some tartness. Taste is more of the nice tart touch some berries a nice light brine and citrus.

Sampler at brewery. Just a light tart beer, dont get any coriander or salt. The lactic acid isn’t strong, I got some lemon tartness. A bit flabby in body. Its a tart wheat, not how I conceptualize coriander and salt, lactic wheat beer.
