Maxdaddy gave me this bottle, way too kind of him.. and he was the guest. Completely thick pour, dirty golden color. Aroma is awesome tropical fruits. Just my type, not hops centric or ester centric, just a mix of tropical fruits. Flavor is tart fruit akin to pineapple. Strawberry finish. Maybe the best ale I have had from Holy Mountain, finally starting to dial in the funky stuff.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart leathery notes, some funk, and wheat. Flavour reveals notes of leather, light sweetness, tart funky notes and some cereal wheaty notes. Cohesive and well-balanced, leaving a lovely tart finish. Very good.
