On tap at the brewery pours copper gold topped with a sand head. Nose is nice sweet pit fruit malts and some grain. Taste is more of the nice sweet pit fruit malts and little spice.

How can anyone get sick of local scotch ales. Is there anything that can be done to do so? I say not. Draft pour t a tulip at the Collective. Dark burnt orange pour with a thin glaze head. Sweet candy malt aroma. Flavor is lighter than expected. Has a soft sweet malt mouthfeel, with a suggested heavy finish. But overall smooth. Has a cinnamon like quality for me. Too sweet though. Caramel and subtle fruitiness. Long sugar sweet caramel finish. Pretty good for a borderline imperial scotch. Would love to try this in a blind scotch tasting.

Sampler at brewery. Apparently this is a Scotch Ale. Copper color with lots of long lasting head. But as everything from this brewery its horribly homebrewish with no style characteristics. Straight up stuck cereal mash, sweet soup. No need.
