On draft at Artistic Table in Livermore. It pours a pale, lightly hazed yellow color with no head. The aroma is nice and fresh with strong notes of pepper and lime. Only light hints of apple. Maybe a touch of gin. The flavor is enjoyable with tons of lime and prickly, peppery heat. Not too strong, but it does have a slight burn, especially as you work your way through the glass. Very lightly carbonated with slight apple-like tartness in the finish with more lime and heat. Surprisingly full bodied. Really interesting stuff, but just a few ounces would be plenty for me.

Draft 10 oz pour at the Schilling cider house. Pours a pale yellow color with no head. Can’t possibly rate this on comparison simply because there is nothing else out there like this. Huge Sriracha aroma. If my eyes were closed, I’d think there was a fresh opened bottle of my favorite hot sauce in front of me. Some think the two flavors can’t mix, I laugh at that idea. Spice, lime, and a hint of salt gives this a wonderful Margarita flavored cider that is as unique as they come. Love the idea to begin with but the fact that this is well executed makes it a must try. Damn good drink, that only gets better with every sip, and by far the best Sriracha beer/cider I’ve ever had.

This is the hot shit, well hot and awesome sauce... Sriracha sauce that is. Ohhhhhhh and the lime, fresh like a cucumber. The cider isn’t sweet as opposed to the habanero cider next to this. Its super fresh and zippy. The spice is AWESOME. Burns light enough into my intestines. Best spicy cider ever.
