Bottle@Lars place - Clear golden pour with white head. Sweet fruity and malty with notes of citrus fruit, light lemon wash, touch of grapefruit, medium to light body, slight citrus spice into the finish.

Uit een flesje. Troebel geel, mooi vol wit schuim. Goede wat bittere smaak, aardig blond biertje.

Organic beer since 2009, in which 30% of the mash consists of seitan, from seitan producer Maya in Hasselt. Thick white head, yellowish golden colour; aroma of raw potato, gooseberry, cheese, ginger, sour cream, orange zest. The taste is a strange starch-like breadiness, I assume this is the seitan, with fruity sweetness and a yeasty finish with rather thin mouthfeel. My first seitan beer and I will not be disappointed if it will be my last - modernism without good reason, if you ask me.
