Cloudy pale yellow with a lasting white head. Perfumed sweet aroma with notes of pear and flowers. Dry and fruity flavour with a funky touch and a bitter finish. 3.3
Cask at GBBF. More brett and wood in the aroma. Really pleased me this time.

Cask at KBH Festival, 2009. Unclear yellow with a off white head. Tart strong pear and fruity nose. Round and smooth. Low carbonation. Some wood and grain. Quite a lot of flavor for a 4,8% beer.

From tap at bir and fud. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is milky and sour, classic brett and yet with lacto bacillus note. Dry phenolic too. Milky and citric, dry and slight acidic flavoured - quite crisp. Ends fruity and acidic. Nice and auhtentic wild fermented brew.

Totally flat, clear gold. Much more Brett than the refermented version, but all the good ones, this time. Flat flavour and mouthfeel, but nice. Lesser acidity than the refermented. Some lemon, and especially more character. I prefer this version (non wine yeast) version, especially for the original character. More, Ricardo, please.
