Surprisingly easy to enjoy brown beer.
This darker beer is slitghly spiced due to it's notes of nutmeg but still subtly bitter.
Malts : Ale, Munich Light, Coffee Light
Hops: Herkules, Hallertau Blanc, East Kent Golding
Yeast: US-04
Other: Nutmeg

Bottle at Beerstorming. Pours a cloudy ruby with medium off white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is berry, wheat, currants, cherry. Light body, jammy, cherry, currant, wheat, light tartness, very good.

Small yellow-pinkish head over hazy red-amber copper beer. Nose as from blueberrycake, quite sweet, raspberry jam. Wry-ish, bitterish; faint cakey sweetness in the background. No real acidity from the fruit. Not artificial tasting, but neither very fresh fruit-like. Retronasal again blue/billberry(cake)... yet, the fruit is supposed to be redcurrant, ultra-acidic if anything. Light body, good carbonation even when looking still, quite fruitslick. Peculiar. Thanks to Stef!
