We created a classic German style pils with floral (camomile), herbaceous, resinous and honey flavours all along with a gentle citric note.
The bitter part is well defined; on the mouth, we can detect a pleasant dryness that contributes to have a fresh and easy drinking beer.
The label image has been inspired from a picture of a well-known Roman publican while he was drinking a beer in the pool area of the beer-cruise “Un mare di Birra”, and this is because for us the word “beer” also means relax and spending good time with friends!

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per l'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.

Spritziger, leicht wässriger Getreidebeginn. Wässriger Mittelteil, hellmalzig, milde Herbe. Ok. 9/7/6/7//7
