Bottle at home. A classic English session bitter and all the better for it. Lots of flavour for a nice low abv.

500ml bottle. Gushed a clear golden colour with a big frothy, short-lived white head. The aroma is toffee caramel malt, light fruit, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a toffee caramel, light spice, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Super for the ABV.

Tap @ The Rodboro, Guildford. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich fruits, malt, hops, flowers and has a nice bitter finish. A bit grain as well.

Cask at White Hart, Tongham. Herbal, floral, citrus aroma. Overuse of cleaning products on pub floor. Surprisingly attractive for a bitter: an opaque amber. Thick frothy white head. Medium bitter. A citrus bite. Malty tones lie beneath. Medium bodied. Thinnish. Flat carbonation. Long somewhat astringent finish. A decent bitter, but could have sworn it was something else when handed to me.
