Cask at the Magpie & Crown, Brentford, UK on 14th January 2011. Clear amber with offwhite foamy head and part lacing. Malty aroma with some yeasty notes, and the main kick is fruity with berries, citric and floral hoppiness. A sweetish fruity/citric finish ensues with a little back-of-mouth bitterness, on a light mouthfeel. Good, refreshing ale.

(Cask at White Horse, Parson’s Green, London, 18 Apr 2009) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, floral nose with notes of citrus, orange peel and fresh hops. Fruity, floral taste with orange peel and citrussy hops in the finish. More aroma than bitterness. On the thin side, but tasty and well balanced. Nice one.
