RBESG 2012 - Day 1. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Malt dominated aroma with a bit of DMS. Sweet malty flavour with herbal hops. Quite refreshing, but a bit too much DMS for my taste

19/07 On tap at the brewpub. This one had also slightly hazy golden body with some normal sized head. Just a little bot more hoppy than helles, judging by its nose. Slightly grainy, bready and generally less malty and a bit more hoppy than helles. Thin in body with shorter, slightly bitter herbal finish. Just a variation with the same ingredients, I liked the referred one a bit more as of the richer feel.

Full yellow, misty body. Another Salm that looks great. Egginess meeting with sweetish herbal notes- nice. Nice, creamy, lightly spicy, light background bitterness. Hmm. Ok.
