Dosc solidne i konkretne pszeniczne piwo. Pachnie intrygujaco gozdzikami migdalami. W smaku pieczone banany, marcepan i mus jablkowo brzoskwiniowy. Piana srednia ale jakis czas sie trzyma. Zmetnienie srednie ale ladne zloto zolte. Naprawde tresciwe smaczne i pachnace piwo. Pierwsze moje slowackie pszeniczne piwo wypadlo bardzo dobrze.

Bottle, 0.33l, courtesy of Maurizio. Hazy golden color with mid-sized stable creamy white head, poor lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma of wheat, yeast, citrus, slight banana and herbal hops. Taste starts sour grainy and citric with moderate sweet malty following, a bit spicy mouthfeel and light bitter finish. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Very tasty fruit weizen...

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, straw, wheat, moderate hoppy, grass, green grass, light to moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, salty, sharp, grass, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20140228]

Bottle at Fastelavn Smagning 2014 @ J&C’s beer palace, Jutland 28/02/14. Lightly hazed golden orange with a moderate off white covering. Nose is bitter orange, light spice, straw, more tangy citrics. Taste comprises wheaten bread, trace of vanilla, citric leanings, caramel, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying closure with sweet notes. So so.

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Cara-malty and moderately wheaty aroma with a mildly bready touch, notes of bubblegum and traces of cloves and vanilla. Mildly sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied, medium to lively carbonated mouthfeel. Juicy wheaty and mildly cara-malty taste with notes of bubblegum, shades of citrus and lighter phenolic spices; mildly sweet and slightly sour-tart finish. 09.X.13
