A very popular light wheat beer. It has a pleasant aroma, which is immediately accompanied by the taste of citrus fruits, nutmeg, vanilla, and bananas, to a mildly sour refreshing taste of lemons. Beer that should be tasty and sour.

Bottle. An almost clear one, golden in color and with a small, off-white head. Some maltyness in the aroma, with a touch of sweaty dog. Banana too, and some cloves. The flavor has a pleasant banana and clove touch, with bubblegum and some notes of citrus. Medium body, rather effervescent. Dryish. Sort of pleasant, but with some unpleasant notes in the back. 140228

Look: golden cloudy with a big off-white creamy head.
Aroma: herbal hops, light mineral, little fruitiness, some funk.
Taste: nice wheat tartness, light fruitiness and spiciness. Body is a bit thin.
Not much yeast character, but quite hoppy instead.

Bottle (diky, Jirko!): Golden. hazy, small white foamy layer, wheaty-grainy nose with hints of bubble-gum and a slight tinge of alcohol; moderate bitter-sweet flavour with a sourish touch, light to medium bodied; a tinge of yeast in the grainy finish, followed by a tart fruitiness. O.K., at least drinkable...

Thanks to MisoW for the bottle. Shared with ThirstyBird. Nose is quite neutral, a bit sweet. The beer starts yeasty, but no banana or clove. A bit neutral/watery. The mainpart is nice, but quite neutral. Not much aroma. The aftertaste is a bit Weizen-typical, but not special, quite watery and neutral. --> nice beer, but lacks a bit on aroma... But highly drinkable for sessions! --> 10/12/9/10

0.33l bottle from trade with MisoW. This is a cloudy pale orange colored one with a nice big and lasting eggshell white top, good retention and good lacing. The nose is filed with sweet eastern banana tones all the way, a good day of cardboard, the dry papery kind. Some good traces of butter and diacetyl also found here, and hints of dried orange. It's quite thin and flat in the mouth, almost no carbonation left at all here. Wheaty semi dry flavors. Wish it had a bit more carbonation as I suspect the flavors would be a bit more present. Light mouthdrying, sweet and again some wet cardboard in the finish aftertaste. Lacks some archtypicallities that I feel should be present in a heffe. A fair wheat not much more, but my first Slovakian. Thanks MisoW! 30.08.2013
