[9/24/15] Draught at Arendsnest in Amsterdam. As Breugems Saense Saison. Clear yellow. Fruity aroma with citrus, a bit of pickles. Mildly tart flavor, slightly spicy, citric. Quite light-bodied. Pretty refreshing.

5.5% pale gold slight haze. Lasting white head. Some soap and herb on aroma. Some lemon. Lemon curd flavour in the mouth with an underlying herb element that is almost funk. Quite interesting. Good lemon and good herbal funk on the finish. A little thin on the malt. Some decent hop on the finish. Decent

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Clear pale golden color, medium to full sized rough white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma is quite fresh: lemongrass, slightly sweet-bitter, lightly yeast. Taste lightly malts, lightly yeast, lemongrass, slightly a hint of herbs or spices. Decent body and carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared by benzai. Hazy pale yellow with a medium sized white head. Smells herbs, yeasty, brett, malts. Tastes herbs, yeasty. Kinda thin with boatloads of carbo. At least it’s not the kind of carbo that hurts when you swallow it.

Tap at Haarlems bierfestival. Clear straw with white head. Lemon, milky dough, soft fresh grains, light white pepper and quite some herbs. Light sweet with soft bitter finish. Light to medium bodied with light sparkly carbonation. Nice light summer beer.

33cl Bottle from De Bierkoning. Hazy, almost milky yellow colour, white head. Aroma of a slightly spicy Belgian Wit at first, later on more dry, yeasty, lemon, juniper becomes more clear when the beer warms up, wheat. Flavour is light sweet, dry, yeasty, floral, juniper, lemon, wheat, light hoppy, bitter finish. Light bodied. Refreshing indeed, slightly too yeasty though.
