The 2007 Anniversary Ale features prominent usage of Cascade hops– the signature hop used in Sierra Nevada’s most popular product, Pale Ale. It is an American Style IPA with a big, fragrant pine and citrus hop aroma balanced by the sweetness of two-row pale and caramel malt. It finishes with an additional Cascade dry-hopping creating a big hop aroma Sierra Nevada fans will look forward to.

BOttle poures a slightly hazy light golden with a small fizzy white head. Soft malts and mild piney hops in the aroma. Light to medium malt flavors and barely enought hoppiness to call itself "India" A bit dissapointing.

Draft. Rich copper beer with a nice off-white head. Light citrus and hay aroma. Citrusy, light malt flavor with light grass. Lingering citrus and some pininess. Medium body. Almost an IPA.

Strong hop aroma, seems citrus of the grapefruit persuasion. Clear amber color with a white head that flattened rapidly. Thin to medium bodied. Near creamy carbonation. Caramel malt flavors very arguably balanced by the citrus hop. It’s not the hophead ideal, but it is extremely tastey. It’s going very well with spicy jambalaya. The finish is pretty dry, with a nice, lightly bitter hop component. Really good stuff.
