Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 21.08.17. Clear pale golden. Small white head. Moderate aroma of grass and pilsner malt. Good taste, with pilsner malt, European hops and and grass. Decent bitterness. Good drinkability.

Bottle at home, thnx to Stijn ! Poured in an appropriate glass ( here in Belgium we use this for water and maybe soda’s, though ) . Pours clear blonde, medium sized, medium stable white head. Smell is mild malty, some white bread. Very mild hoppyness ( noble hops-style ). Taste is medium bitter, more bitter than the Gaffel, that is. Nicely malty aroma, full bready, mild doughy aspects. very aromatic, but more due to malts than hops. hops are a very gentle, remotely bitter refined touch, that really balances the beer. Pretty good, I prefer it over the gaffel.

Sampled from an 11.2 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright yellow-gold color with a medium sized fluffy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was tangy and yeasty with a faint fruity note. The flavor was tangy and yeasty with a bit of grape and sugar. Medium length finish. Medium body. Ok.

Pale golden, visible carbonation. Medium white head, decent retention and a bit of lacing. Delicate aroma of hay and cereal, slight grassy and floral hints, touch of citric fruitiness and a soapy hint. Overall a very clean and surprisingly complex aroma given it’s mildness. Taste notes follow the aroma with medium sweetness and low to medium bitterness, overall in very good balance and nicely refreshing. Light bodied with average carbonation, pleasantly lively on the mouth while still going down very easy. A mild beer in terms of intensity, but refreshing and very well crafted. Highly enjoyable.

schenkt helder gouden met witte kraag. aroma van mout, graan. Smaken: het komt allemaal wat Oost Europees granig/moutig, mais, matig zoet, licht bitter, tarwe, kraag is wel wat vrij snel verdwenen, hop ook aanwezig, moutig,granig, tarwe karakter.

Brilliant straw yellow, huge frothy head. Good retention. Clean grainy nose with a metallic hint. Light body. Malty taste. Grains, minor biscuit. Light hoppiness along. Generally simple still pleasant.
