Strong apricot nose. Milky yellow, no head. Apricot flavor. Not really any coriander that I can tell, but it’s still tasty. Not overly carbonated.

Served on draft at Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA on 6/13/11. Pours a hazy lemon yellow color with a thin creamy white head. Decent head retention and lacing. Huge, intense aroma with notes of peach, apricot, citrus and bubblegum. The taste is very similar... peach and apricot... with faint hops. Tart finish. Medium bodied.

Tap at Toronado. Very medicinal with a cherry chapstick flavor. Not good. It’s got an herbal cough syrup flavor to it. Medium sweet with some very mild bitterness in the finish. Some mild funk but mostly kinda off Belgian notes. Pale gold with a white head.

Called a white lambic. Pale yellow pour with medium white head. Aroma is peaches, and wheat. I like peaches. Light bodied, light fruity flavour. Light fruity finish. A serviceable hot weather beer.

draft@Bierpassie Weekend 2011 as Mort Subite Witte Lambic: hazy yellow with a quickly disappearing white head, smells like sweet peaches, minor tart with definite presence of sugar, nice but a bit random, lots of wheat in the taste, slightly tart wheat, malt, some fruitiness but way less than in the taste, dry upfront, some limbic elements in the aftertaste, sweet upfront, very light sourness in the aftertaste, light body with a surprising amount of carbonation, odd but interesting

On draft @ Sunset Grill and Tap. Hazy straw yellow. Thin white head laced all the way down. Nose of wheat and a fruit berry. Easy to drink, no bitterness, no acid. A light fruit finish (taste like black berry) The yeast and fruit gives this very unique flavor. I would drink again.

Keg at the Draft House, London. Light, hazy yellow pour with a fine, white head. Huge, purely tinned peach aroma. Light yeast in the flavor, plenty of sweetness, mild fruity tartness. Light in body with fizzy carbonation. Crisp finish with lingering sweet fruits. Nice beer.
