On tap at the Mort Subite café in Brussels, sold as a "lambic white". Lots of hops and coriander on the nose. Looks great, a beautiful-out-of-the-tap drink with just enough head. Taste is a mix of wheat flavourings, not much in the way of a "lambic" taste. Pretty good though, I was happy with it.

on tap - 01/08/2010 @ De Heeren van Liedekercke

Pours a cloudy dark golden yellow beer with fine adhesive white head. Smell is that of wheatbeer, a little musty, some fruitiness. Taste is honey at first followed by a specific fruitiness of little red berries and goose berries. Mouthfeeling is a little flat and watery. Aftertaste is a little bitter with some sourness to it.

7th March 2010. Hazy pale gold beer with a little soft white head that tastes liek cream soda. Lovely nose of pineapple cube sweets and mango. Light semi dry palate. Soft fruity beer with pineapple and mango following through from nose to taste. Some vanilla cream as well. Memorable and unusual beer.

On tap at La Mort Subite, Bruxelles. Hazy yellow coloured, small white head that went away slowly, citric nose. Acidic fruity, wheaty and mild spicy with light sweetness in the background. Quite dry finish, nothing special but refreshing.

On tap at Mort Subite, Brussels in October 2009. Cloudy yellowish color, the foam was not that large. Dominant in both the aroma and taste was banana, vanilla and some cherry and detergent. Easy to drink, no bitterness, no acidity, not much aftertaste still rather good.
