Draught. Cloudy yellow with off-white head. Lemon aroma with pear drops. Light body with medium carbonation. Lemon dominates the flavour but with some reasonable bitterness and hints of pear drops, banana and yoghurt. Nice, balanced, unusual, refreshing beer that goes down easily.

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy dirty gold color with a decent off-white head. Aroma seems a mix of peach and grapefruit. Flavor seems peach with grapefruit rind. Just lightly sour/funk. Fruity and refreshing. Goes down easily.

Draught @ 16th Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation 2007, Opstal. Clear medium yellow color with a small white head. Aroma is malty, wheat, gum, toffee, coriander, perfumed ala kandis / tivoli. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a short to average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat, finish is light notes of touch of tartness but no real sourness, just dry and fruity.

Tap at M.S. Milky orange/yellow, lacing head. Sweet and perfumed - tropical fruit (apple, mango, pineapple, peaches). Mellow sparkly mouthfeel. Really most of all reminds of a particulary sweet wit.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm) Colour is yellow, with little head, hazy. Very fruity nose, with hints of bubble gum and ripe pears, sweet but very promising. Taste is sweet with bubble gum, pears and tropical fruit (mango, pineapple), gets a bit drier towards the finish (which is rather short). Light body, or actually thin. Lovely nose, but the taste doesn’t really deliver. Refreshing, however.

Draught. Berry aroma. Cloudy golden/orange colour. Small stable white head. The flavour starts off sweet, but then I get some berries, and spices of the Gammel Dansk kind.

Tap at Mort Subite cafe. A subtle aroma - yeast and citrus. Light yellow and cloudy. Smooth sweet flavor with lemon/lime - tastes like a witbier. Very nice and lighter after drinking heavier lambics.

An unclear light yellow beer with a small head. The aroma is sour of lemon and grapes, and so is the flavor.
