Cloudy amber with a fluffy head. Mostly resin, lemon zest, stone fruit, honey, caramel. Dry zesty resinous bitterness, fruity honey sweetness. Medium bodied, oily creamy texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty resinous herbal bittersweet finish. A simple but well made Pale Ale for beginners.

330ml bottle from Beer52. Pours a cloudy orange-amber, with moderate sized off-white head with lovely retention and lacing. Aroma of soft malts, yeast, citrus, pineapple, zest. Pleasant. Taste is bittersweet with sweet orange, grapefruit and zesty notes with a touch of caramel. A pine and zest bitterness runs throughout to the finish. Medium bodied. Soft to frothy carbonation. Very good.

Taste starts medium sweet caramelly and mild fruity, following is grassy and honeyish, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is pretty dry and bitter. @HBF2018. Deep golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is floral, toffeeish, grainy and some slight yeasty notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, herbal, mild grainy and some slight yeasty/spicy notes to it.
