A Blonde Ale brewed entirely with Nelson Sauvin hops, a New Zealand varietal that melds beautifully with a simple bill of pale malts. This is a true "session beer" and one that does not make any compromises. It has a delicate bouquet of passionfruit and a slight lemon flavor that will surely quench your thirst.

750mL growler filled 7/2/16 and shared by Nelson on 7/16/16, thanks!
Hazy, not soupy, copper-gold body is topped by a good-sized white head showing moderate to moderately strong retention.
Nelson, of course, in the nose (the hop, not my friend) but noticeably less than both the Single Hop version from Hill and the recent Bright variant. Still respectable, however, with white grape, dank/spicy/green, lime and stonefruit. Honey from the malt balances easily and gently. Amazing as always from Tree House, but it’s annoying having the very best because this is phenomenal, but doesn’t measure up to the very best.
Perfect carbonation and attenuation, with a malty-soft texture, as expected. It’s great that you can almost take for granted that HF, TH, Trillium, Alchemist are going to have perfect attenuation and textures. Anyways, there’s soft honey-biscuit, with good hop spice/juice/wine character, especially retronasal. Very dry, crackery malts as well, with lots of mineral water. Perfectly balanced and stupidly drinkable. Not as good as the mosaic variant for me, but it’s still a hell of an achievement.

Can thanks to Rainer. Pours a hazy orange with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, earthy hop, dank. Medium mouth, bitter hop bite, grapefruit, earth, light dryness, very good.

On tap at ACBF 6/1/2013 Bready sweet pilsner malt with lots of spicy and earthy hop bite. 3 for 3 here. Great beer from what appears to be a very talented brewer.
