Clear, golden color and a huge, phenomenal White head. Lots of banana in he nose, yeasty, belgiany, spicy, caramelly. Intense mouthfeeling, creamy head. Malty, caramelly, biscuit, sweet, strongg, heavy. Wonderful bouquett of flavors.

Bottle at home, dark golden beer, small head. Aroma is yeast, esters, malt. Taste is the same, alcohol, sweet, fruit, esters, yeast. Classic belgian triple but quite boozy.

Lemon, musty yeast, biscuit malt, and hay aroma. Hazy golden yellow with giant white head. Mildly sweet lemon, musty yeast, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Nice body. Very nice.

Draught @ Oh Craft!, Manhattan (Nov 2023). Faintly cloudy dark yellow-orange with a small foamy off-white head, cinnamon-malt aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter caramel malt taste with cinnamon, cloves, dried fruits, long smooth body, bitter finish with faint alcohol aftertaste. Very smooth tripel!

Aromas are yeast, fruit, wine, malt, spice, and a little bread. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, leaning sweet, wine comes out a little more but with enough bitter and twice fermented Belgian style carbonation. Excellent body and balanced finish. Super good beer.

Tap at De Garre, 30th May 22. Pours a dark yellow. Aroma is caramel and yeast. Taste is rich, caramel, hides the booze, yeast, aromatic and citrus, with honey. Tasty

Corked and caged bottle. Pour is a honey blonde with a huge everlasting white head. Aroma is vanilla, apricot and a farmhouse must. Flavor is ester, spice, candi sugar and a pils type dry malt. Finish has a little alcohol warming the chest but it does not overpower. Fine example of a triple here. Powerful alcohol but still full of flavor and nuance. Delicious stuff.
