Tap at Mastro Malto, 2nd June 17. Pours a copper colour, aroma is caramel, malts. Taste is caramel, yeast, dark fruit, fruit cake. Not bad.

Draft at Drunken Duck. Clear amber maroon color, light tan head. Toffee aroma. Taste is lightly fruity burnt caramel. Tasty.

From 33 bottle. Pours a beautiful loaded amber with not much head. Aroma is wonderful, malty and complex, a little alcoholic. Body is light. Taste starts sweetish, but is eventually surmounted by a marked bitterness (for a bock). Finish is long with bitterness.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Pours dark amber with a light white foam. Aroma is sweet malt, alcol, brown sugar. Flavour is medium sweet withs decent bitter end. Medium body, light carbonation. Ok.

Tap at Bir&Fud, Roma, 22/06/13. Hazed dark amber with a thin beige head. Nose is malt forward, brown bread, biscuit, dark fruits. Taste comprises dark fruits, malt loaf, touch of sugar. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, fruity malty twang in the finale. Solid enough bock.
