33cl bottle from Bierzwerg. Poured slightly hazy, deep orange color with a bubbly head, nice lacing. Aroma is yeast and malt, strong orange notes as well. Flavor is sweet malty, yeast, and more orange, also some spicy notes. Finish is slightly metallic and dry. Decent tripel anyhow.

bottle@Pater’s Vaetje: appearance is very impressive, absolutely clear orange, golden colour, you can see the bubbles rising rapidly like in sparkling water, decent fluffy, white, lasting head, taste itself is excellent, slightly sweet, very slight candy sugar, very fruity with passion fruit and tangerines, followed by malt, some yeast, sweet spices like cinnamon, medium body, plenty of carbonation, great beer

(Bottle, Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm) Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with apricots, orange, dried fruit and a touch of honey. Fruity, malty taste with notes of orange, apricots and a slightly spicy finish with hints of coriander. More than medium body, with balanced sweetness. Tasty, well balanced and quite nice.

Bottled. Dark gold, clear. Fresh lemony aroma with pilsner malt. Clean and fresh, with lemon, grass, fruits. A refreshing tripel, not so sweet, with nice hop flavor. Really crisp and nice. Well-done and drinkable.

Bottle. A gusher producing an almost clear, golden body under a finger-thick off-white head. White sugar, canned fruits, pale malts and some alcohol on the nose. The flavor is sweet and fruity, some spices too, and with pale malts and alcohol. Full-bodied and warming, finishing fruity and with a certain alcohol burn. A decent tripel, nothing more. 100213
