Draught @ MBCC'18 [ Green Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Auval Saison Espinay ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a small average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, tart, citric, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, saison yeast, light oak. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, wheat, citric, tart, fruity yeast, saison yeast, light oak. Tap. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is dough, peppery, apricots. Taste is the same, quite fresh. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. A bit sweet.
