Pours cloudy pale golden color with thin quickly diminishing white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts tart citrusy and vinous, following is grainy, bready and funky, while mouthfeel is crisp and dry. Medium body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. Real magic...
