375ml bottle. Cloudy orange with a small foamy head. Zesty citrus notes, tangerine, grapefruit, brett, fermented hay, funk, sour green apples, hints of oak barrel, floral notes, sea salt. Acidic funky sourness, slightly salty. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry sour citrussy finish. Lovely, elegant, highly drinkable, perfect spring beer.
