Carefully selected malts complimenting perfectly the chocolate and coffee base of this smooth craft delight. Panda at home, thanks to Graham / Grumbo, 30/01/23. Black with a tan cap that dissipates edgewards. Nose is toffee, raisins, brown bread, light roast, herb. Taste comprises cocoa powder, brown sugar sprinkle, ashen nip, brown bread, dried fruit esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Okay stout.

21/1/2023. Can shared at the first ITFC 2023 beer share. From Beer Central, Sheffield. Pours very dark mahogany brown with a small frothy pale beige head. Aroma of milk chocolate, light roasted malt, dark fruits, light coffee, soapy edge. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slightly watery, average carbonation. Not the breweries best.

On keg at Don Valley Tap. Half-pint shared with Finn. Patchy beige head, coal black body, upper part lacing. Roasted doughy malts on the nose. Taste of grainy chocolate followed by a roasted finish. Rounded mouthfeel. Pretty decent stout. (Doncaster 30.01.2020).

Delt med Rune. Svart. Mokkafarget filmskum. Aroma av melkesjokolade. Smaken lakris. Kakao i ettersmaken. Lett tørr avslutning.

Half pint at the Don Valley Tap, Wool Market. Thin creamy beige head. Clear black pour. A nice rich stout.
