Spring is our take on an American IPA tailored for days when we start looking forward to warmer weather. We blend iconic American hops with new varietals. Enjoy this beer fresh, but especially around the vernal equinox.
Flavor Profile: Aromas of tangerine, grapefruit, and dried apricot. Pine and floral notes. Underlying caramel and bread crust.
Hops: Amarillo, Cascade, Simcoe, Ekaunot
Malt: American 2-Row, Blue Ox Pale, Carahell, Carared, Blue Ox Vienna, Special B

16 ounce bottle. Honey gold pour. Frothy white head with major clinging lace. Floral hop nose. Bittersweet citrus notes upfront. Clover and white pepper notes in middle. Crisp dry finish. Well crafted and very drinkable.
