F: medium, pale tanned, quick diminishing. C: red brown, clear. A: dark and caramel malt, vaguely dark fruits, caramel. T: dark malts, bit milk chocolate, dark caramel, bit lactose, very thin body for 7,2%, dark bread crust, medium carbonation, drinkable that’s all, 33cl bottle from Cora Woluwe-Saint-Lambert in Brussels.

23/3/2018. Bottle at Brasserie Cathedrale, Luxembourg City. Pours clear red brown with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of dried fruit, prune, bread, malt, yeast, hint of chocolate and light citrus. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, slight oily and watery texture, average carbonation. Bitterness becomes a little harsh in the finish.
