From the can. Smells of hay, lemon zest, apricots, allspice, and rosemary. Sweet and yeasty, with light, sharp, tart flavor. Light body, with an acidic, sharp, and lively mouthfeel. This is a refreshing and clean witbier. Enjoyable.

Fles geprobeerd met LiekevdV in Larochette Luxemburg. Het is een licht troebel geel bier met een volle schuimkraag. Het heeft een frisse geur, citrus achtig. De smaak is fris en zacht.

50cl on tap at Banana’s, Luxembourg. Hazy straw coloured with a white head. Fruity aroma with light citrusy notes, wheat, unripe bananas and hints of herbs. Moderate sweet with mild wheaty and fruity flavours and a light acidity. Quite enjoyable on a hot summer day.

Pours hazy straw yellow, pale, topped with medium white head. Sweaty wheat nose, bananas and slight spices. Gently sweet, slightly citic soury with spiciness in the finish. Fresh and light. Good wit.

F: big, egg-white, good retention. C: dark yellowish, hazy, opaque. A: malt, wheat, banana, spicy, coriander, yeast. T: malt, light mellow fruity, a lot of coriander, banana, yeast, medium body, medium to high carbonation, aroma is better than the taste, 0,33l bottle from Cactus in la Belle Etoile shopping center in Luxembourg.

Bottle at the Brasserie Cathedrale, Luxembourg City. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma of lemon curd, lime, wheat, grain. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, slight tart sourness. Light to medium body, average to soft carbonation. Finish is dry slightly sour slightly chalky.

Bottle @ Brasserie Cathedrale. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are wheat malt, coriander, citrus, fruits and hops. Sweet finish.

Flavour light to medium sweet and sourish, fruity, yeasty, spicy notes. Aftertaste mild sweet and sourish, spicy touch. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, a very mild and fresh witbier.
