Bottle, picked up by dad, had this 23-12-07 Pours standard brown colour, a nice if unremarkable beer but still it was quite tasty. Light bitterness and some earthy characteristics are the key attributes, quite nice.

Cask at C4, Odense: Pale golden with creamy white head. Hops & malts in the aroma. Smooth light watery texture. Bitter hops in the end. Clean & crisp. OK Cask & OK bitter!

Bottle. Clear light orange amber color with a small fair lacing white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, fruit. Initial flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter, finish flavor is light sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. A very good ale.

Cask. Nice fruity aroma. The flavour is sweet and fruity with a bitterness which gets a bit acidic. Hazy golden colour, frothy white head. A bit of plastic in the flavour, too.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy amber with an off-white head leaving laces. Slightly fat, malty nose. Medium-body with a sweetish, lightly caramelish malt base with a vague - but refreshing - citrusy edge. Quite light and very quaffable. 140706

[Cask] An orange beer with a fine small head. The aroma is lovely hoppy. The flavor is cask-flat with notes of oranges and hops. A nice bitter.
