Colour — Rich Amber
Brewed with a combination of pale malt and ale malt from one of the worlds best malteries, with the addition of caramel malts and tonnes (and we mean tonnes) of hops! A combination of American and Aussie hops making up the blend. With a few secret Aussie ingredients to finish off, including dried finger lime peel for a fantastic citrusy zing. Expect great balance between malts, hops and spices.

330ml bottle. Hazy amber colour with a long lasting white head. Aroma of zesty citrus fruits, pale malts, caramel. Taste is the same, zesty citrus flavours, grapefruit, resin, biscuity, caramel, bittersweet, balanced. Medium body, soft carbonation. Nice.

Very hazy gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, good fine minerally crispness. Fluffy malts, lightly sweetness. Minerally zing. Pine and light floral lime. Mild spice. Little orange, very mild. Crisp minerally finish. Simple but good.

Schooner on tap at Beer Deluxe, Sydney. Clear golden amber beer with thin white head. High carbonation. Laces well. Sweet nose, almost bubblegum sweet. Some grass too. Sharp spritzy mouthfeel. Finish is touches of grassy earthy herbs. Really nice, dangerously easy-drinking.

From a 330ml bottle on 18/2/2016. Pours a clear deep golden with a biggish white head. There’s not a lot to the nose, just a slight hint of fruit and a slight basement like aroma, Flavour wise, there’s some heavy caramel malt, some sweet citrus fruit, rye and a quite firm, salty bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Doesn’t really come together for mine, and is just a touch harsh.

On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Pours golden with a medium white head. Aroma is terrible, cabbage, milk gone bad. Flavour is very bad too, light bitter, stale, not fresh at all. Light body, light carbonation. Forget it!

(Bottle) Hazy amber with nice tan head. Great aroma - pine with notes of grapefruit and caramel. Light bodied with good carbonation. Taste is hop driven with plenty of tasty bitterness in the finish. There’s some pleasant malt providing balance in the mid-palate and some grapefruit at the start. Good IPA.

Bottle from Birratrovo, Como; Batch L40 bb 7-2016
Hazy Amber color, small head. Dry but based on caramel character, hence a bit old style; strong bitterness but mostly only the resiny qualities of the hop appear, and orange peel, not other fruits.
Not very fresh probably, maybe it suffered a bit, and as said it’s an old style IPA; but not too bad.

0,1l from tap at Craft Bier Fest Wien, shared by me. amber quite cloudy color, small white head. smells candy, citric, sweet pines, some fruits, herbs, mango. quite nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes rather citric, a bit acidic, lightly sourish, candy, some pines, herbal, soapy, tangerine zest. finishes bitter sweet with tangerine zest, pines, tobacco and herbs. decent stuff, a bit on the malt heavy side, but drinks quite good, i like it.
