Brewed with a combination of pale malt and ale malt from one of the worlds best malteries, with the addition of caramel malts and tonnes (and we mean tonnes) of hops! A combination of American and Aussie hops making up the blend. With a few secret Aussie ingredients to finish off, including dried finger lime peel for a fantastic citrusy zing. Expect great balance between malts, hops and spices.

Draught at CBF Wien.
Amber, hazy body, with a medium, creamy, yellowish head.
Aroma of citrus, resin, orange, peach, biscuit.
Taste follows this, with some more grapefruit.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes bitter, zesty, resinous, also sweet, fruity, malty.

Nice one. Nothing special overall, a quite typical IPA, but nice to drink and with a good balance.

Keg at Mother Kelly’s - London. Pours clear, ruby-gold with a creamy, off-white head. Old pine in the nose, toast, crackers - all the hallmarks of an old IPA! Light to medium sweet flavor with some tangy berries, dry caramel, toasted grains, dried out pine, grass. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Lightly resinous in the finish, more crackery malts, minerals, rindy citrus. Maybe this was a good beer at one point, but it’s not now.
