355ml bottle from Appellation Wines, Comely Bank. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Some pretty classic hefeweizen aromas, lemon, banana and light spice. Light on the taste, hint of dried herbs. Easy drinking.

From the bottle. Gold with a foamy white head. Aroma not far off from a Weizen, yeasty and banana sweet, but the banana overtones contain noticeably more spice. Taste is mildly bitter, full of clove, coriander, citrus, artificial cherry syrup. Body is medium with a noticeable alcoholic warmth. Overall okay but uninspired.
