Not my favorite style, but also aware that Victory is top notch. Clear golden body with soft fluffy white head. Aroma and taste are pure grain, mildly sweet, about as far from any seasonal as I can imagine. Very summery. Drinkable

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle, best before March 2015, poured into a weizen glass. Hazy pale golden with medium bright white head. Aroma is yeasty, medium/light body, well carbonated, and little lacing. Taste is yeasty, and some spice.

This was poured into a weizen glass. I couldn’t find a date on it, but after tasting and smelling, I figured it was okay to continue on.
The appearance was a nice looking somewhat hazy yellow to orange color with a three finger white foamy head that hung around for a good two minutes before gracefully dieing into the glass. The lacing is spotty and somewhat clingy.
The aroma smelled just like a real hefeweizen, nice banana esters with a gentle rolling spicy clove accompanied by a light wheaty/breadiness.
The taste took all of those previously mentioned flavors and combined intricately yet subtly. There’s no aftertaste nor finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice little kick of wheat bite on the back end.
Overall, I dig it as a hefeweizen, good for the style but I don’t get the extra \"winter\" spices that’s supposedly in there.

On Tap at teh River Room, Whole Foods Boise Hazy pale yellow. Classic wheat ale appearance, with a thin wispy white head. Mild european yeast notes, and rather sharp and bitter for the style Crisp and tasty.

12 ounce bottle. Hazy pale yellow gold color. Huge pillowy white head. Big sulphury wheat malt nose has hints of bread and lemon peel. Slightly tangy with notes of alcohol and coriander. Not a traditional Winter Ale, but tasty none the less.

12 oz. bottle from the Beer Store, Nashua NH. Straw color that is very hazy, lasting head retention. Aroma is wheat coriander seed and mild fruit. Much like a Belgian Wit.

Flavors is sweet grain, honey wheat bread, light floral hops and ending with coriander type spice. Orange peel may also be here. This reminds me more of summer but still a easy drinking wheat ale.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a cloudy vibrant yellow-gold color with a large creamy yellow-white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was tangy bread, sweettart candies, chalk and citrus. The flavor was tart and tangy Sweettart candies, citrus, chalk, bread and almost a vague herbal presence. Medium length finish. Medium body. Ok.

Bottle. Pours translucent gold with a slight white head. Aroma suggests celery. Med minus body. Flavor is citrus/spice. More or less like the description. Flavors are strong. Yet ... boring. Really. I don’t get why I see it that way, but I do. Sort of a wit, yet not pushing that envelope.

bottle - Pours lightly hazy yellow and quite bubbly with some lacing. It has a citrus and banana aroma. The flavor is light and sweet with wheat and perhaps some pale malt. It’s light bodied and mildly bitter. Fairly good.
