Brewed with 100% Irish malt and a touch of inspiration from the craft beer movement on the west coast of the United States, this Brut IPA is bursting with aroma and flavour leading to a bone dry moreish finish. The late addition of 5 hop varieties produce a fantastically fruity nose with hints of apricot, tangerine, white grapes, passion fruit and pineapple along with light fresh herbal aromas of coriander and pine. On the palate lively, effervescent, crisp and supremely refreshing.

Bottled. Goldeny orange colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is green apples, some floral and mild earth. Flavour is green apples, some citrus, mild earthy and some slight diacetyl tones. Strange, not sure if it was intended like this...

Clear golden colour, medium-sized white head. Quite neutral aroma with light pear and apple. Light-bodied. Watery, some diacetyl, green apple and pear. Short finish. This is crap.
