Many thanks to Minutemat for this bottle! Great rich dark malty beginning. Nuts, caramel, roast. Full and round for the 3.7%. Roasted dry nuts in the aftertaste, moderate bitter, refreshing and round with a great roasted bitterness on the end. Great dry caramel with nuts.

Cask at Bulls Head, Sedgley, 31/05/17. Vague aroma of cheap choc. Cola brown. Creamy but blotchy beige head. Very mild - some bitterness, a tang to it. Medium bodied. Slick. A prickle of carbonation. Long, slightly sour, finish. Decent enough mild. Had better, hard worse. It does what it says on the bottle.
