Cask gravity at the Watford beer fest 2015. Mild tick. Chestnut brown reddy coloured pour with a lasting small grey head. Aroma is dried apple, nutty malts, , hint of toasted brown bread. Flavour is composed of tangy green apple, slight vinegar, nutty toasted grains, with dried fruit. Palate is light bodied, watery, moderate carbonation. Not a fan.

500ml bottle from Moonshine & Fuggles beer shop, Ironbridge. Chestnut brown amber colour, tan foam head leaving alittle lacing and roasted malt aroma. Taste is malty, sweetish, bready with hints of roast, chocolate, molasses, raisins, coffee, earthy. Slightly creamy mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry toasty bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Handpull cask at the Bulls Head, Sedgley. Dark brown, clear, fairly flat. Roast malt aroma, with a hint of vinegar (this beer may be slightly off). Sweet taste, hints of chocolate and caramel chews. Light body. A decent mild but far from exquisite.

Dark brown with a bubbly head. Dark liquorice and toffee character. Hints of raisins and dark sugars. The body is light but the sugars provide some fullness of palate. Good mild.

Przecietne Mild Ale.
