(bottle) Cloudy, orange to golden colour with a dense and thick foamy white head. Yeasty and fruity aroma of banana and citrus and a present wheat-character, accompanied by clovy spices. Slightly sweet and bitter flavour with a tinge of acidity, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Wheat-malt upfront with moderately fruity notes of banana and citrus; dry-ish bitter-sweet finish with mildly fruity notes and clovy spice. Okay. 05.X.10

Beer tasted under artificial, coloured light, Appearance marks average = 4. Draught Clove, bit of meaty esters, and rhubarb at the end - bit of lemon too, after some time. Fruity, with mainly citric flavours, and certainly less meaty than the nose suggested; however, bit lactic around the tonguesides. Spritzy MF, medium bodied. Typical Weizen.

(Draught at Monk’s Café, Stockholm 10 Oct 2007) Pale yellow colour with frothy white head. Citric, slightly lactic nose with notes of lemon. Citric taste with lemon, banana and a discreet, slightly lactic wheat character. Balanced sweetness. Rather strained weissbier, not as fruity as usual. Refreshing.

Bottle: Pale yellow, hazy, not cloudy; mid-sized fluffy white head; a bit lacing, slowly diminishing; fruity nose (citrus, bananas) with a tinge of cloves; soft, bitter-sweet flavour; fruity (bananas, citrus again), bitter-sweet finish. O.K., but not overwhelming.................
