Otchan’s a wonderfully robust beer with a beautiful depth of smooth, malt flavour, as well as just a hint of sweet citrus on the nose. Our second ever beer, and a fan favourite to this day!

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, ane elderflowers, leading to dry finish.

Bottle, 4.2%. Papery aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Very small white head. The flavour is OK malty, there is a little yeast, but not a problem. Low to medium bitterness. Mild fruit note in the finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a deep golden with a slight haze and a rough off-white head. Fruity nose, vitamin C. Medium body, some citrus, and a fruity zest. Dry, hoppy finish. 200210

Cask (handpump) @ Hillsborough Hotel, Sheffield, England. @ [ RBESG 09 ]Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, light hoppy, aples. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090717]

Cask @ Market Porter, Borough SE1. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma with some hints of dark fruit. Fruity malty caramel flavor with some hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty hoppy finish with some hints of caramel in the aftertaste.
